The classes are based on Hatha yoga. They are gentle, flowing, with strong emphasis on breath and relaxation. Simply come and be yourself, stretch, breath, nurture the body, mind and soul and experience ‘meditation in motion’.

Suitable to all levels, beginners are particularly welcome. 

Individual 1-2-1 YOGA THERAPY is also available.



Essentially, yoga therapy is the application of gentle yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, mindfulness, relaxation and diet regulation to help restore the body/mind balance and encourage natural healing. 

It can help manage and even heal physical and mental health conditions such as:

As a yoga therapist I focus on each person as an individual with different needs and try to approach those needs in a holistic way, guide and empower each individual on their journey to a better health and overall well-being. 

One to one Yoga therapy sessions are gentle, compassionate and tailored to suit your needs. Taking into account your current health, constitution and circumstances. 


A typical yoga therapy session lasts about 75 minutes and involves specific yoga postures (asanas) to manage a particular disease/health problem. It is then followed by a specific pranayama (breathing technique) again for specific problem. 

Session ends with a long relaxation and meditation. 

Discussion and a follow up at home program for each person is usually designed. 

Generally it is recommended to start with 5-6 Yoga therapy sessions plus at home practice to notice changes and improvements in ones condition and overall well-being.
